Cancellation/Refund Policy

An order can be cancelled as long the order is not marked as shipped. As soon the order is shipped, we can not accept any cancellation.

You can return the item/items after you received them within 3 days after delivery. All items must be in original condition with no damage or sign of use. The refund will be issued after we received your returned item/items and inspected them to be in original and unused condition. If any issue will be detected, SewPrettyVinyl will not refund the returned item. Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless it is an issue from our side. In this case, please contact us via contact form or via email sewprettyvinyls@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.

Vinyl sold and marked as “IMPERFECT” and the Surprise Box can not be returned or exchanged.

SewPrettyVinyl will not refund any damaged item if the damage occurred due to the shipping method “folded” and you did agree to the shipping policy at our checkout or if the box or merchandise was damaged after the shipment was handed over to the 3th party carrier. In this case, you have to claim the included insurance with the shipping carrier.

SewPrettyVinyl also will not refund a lost or stolen shipment. For this particular situation, please claim your included insurance with the shipping carrier.
