Shipping Options & Delivery Costs

We offer different shipping options - you will be asked to select a shipping method at the checkout.

Mail Insurance

You can add a shipping insurance to your package by adding it to your order. Please select the correct amount according to your total order value. The insurance needs to be claimed by the buyer and via USPS. SewPrettyVinyl can not claim the insurance for you.

Order Processing Time

We are a small business. We try to ship out all orders the following business day. If we receive a big amount of orders in once, please allow 3-5 days for shipping. All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be sent on Monday or on the next business day.

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

Please make sure you have your shipping address correct. SewPrettyVinyl is not responsible for lost or returned packages due to the wrong or incorrect shipping address.

International Orders

Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase - please read our return & refund policy for detailed information about our processes.

SewPrettyVinyl is not responsible for damaged packages or merchandise after handing over the package to the 3th party carrier. Please claim your included insurance with the shipping carrier.
